What you will do
- Build and manage the engineering department's predictable operating rhythm, including cadences, rituals, and accountability tracking.
- Lead the operational side of engineering-wide events, such as monthly all-hands meetings, including agenda building and follow-through.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying organizational friction, proposing improvements, and running experiments to ensure adoption.
- Run hiring operations for engineering, optimizing pipelines, screening flows, and coordinate interview loops.
- Own onboarding operations for new engineering joiners, defining structure, milestones, and feedback loops.
- Operate performance and growth systems, managing review-cycle timelines, checklists, and mentorship program operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, program management, or organizational effectiveness within a product or engineering environment.
- Strong ability to design and execute repeatable processes, templates, and tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate with technical leadership and busy teams.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams, tech leads, or possessing a technical domain background.
- Must be based in Greece or Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling teams or running programs in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with performance review cycles, onboarding design, and hiring pipelines in tech organizations.
