Scrum Master (Program Management): Own delivery for 2–3 teams by removing blockers and improving flow to ensure every sprint ships successfully with an accent on Agile and Scrum best practices, coaching, and delivery predictability. What you will do

• Guide 2–3 product and development teams in applying Scrum and Agile best practices to deliver value predictably.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach teams to become cross-functional and autonomous.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs focusing on user value and product outcomes.
• Protect teams from external interruptions and actively remove impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement using feedback loops, metrics, and empirical learning.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management ensuring transparency through metrics and reporting tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM).
• Full English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience training Scrum teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and workshop facilitation skills for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Willingness and ability to travel 1–2 times per year when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Gaming or Sports Betting industry.
• Additional Agile certifications (PSM II, SAFe, etc.).
• Technical background in software development or QA.
• Project Management certification.
