Senior UX/UI Designer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Design user flows and interfaces for web and mobile applications, owning the design process from discovery to post-release improvements.
• Create and maintain UX artefacts such as Customer Journey Maps and User Flows, and build interactive prototypes.
• Write and design texts and microcopy for onboarding, tooltips, errors, and other product interfaces.
• Support landing pages for product releases and create internal presentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, participate in design reviews, and influence product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products.
• Strong experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Proven ability to independently own design from concept to release.
• Strong skills in UX, UI, interaction design, prototyping, and creating CJM and user flows.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

• Experience in fintech, Web3, or other complex products.
• Experience with data-heavy or transactional interfaces.
