What you will do

• Develop intuitive, robust, and user-centered solutions used daily
• Contribute to multiple parallel projects and deliveries
• Collaborate closely with designers and technical teams to ensure holistic solutions
• Participate in the full design process from insight and concept development to prototyping, testing, and iteration
• Work in a cross-functional environment across Nordic locations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX designer
• Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (preferably Angular), design systems, and component libraries
• Experience with user testing, prototyping, and insight work
• Knowledge of WCAG, universal design, and accessibility
• Experience or interest in financial solutions or complex domains
• Location: Hybrid work in Solna, Sweden, or offices in Oslo, Trondheim, or Stockholm
