#2600157 For our client, we are looking for AI Coach / AI & DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

This is a newly created strategic role to accelerate the company’s adoption of AI across development, operations, and delivery workflows. The AI Coach / AI & DevOps Engineer acts as a highly technical enabler for engineering and DevOps teams, ensuring that AI technologies are embedded effectively, securely, and in line with best practices.

The focus is on hands-on implementation, team enablement, and practical guidance on how AI meets DevOps in real daily workflows.

Location: Hungary, (remote and occasional travel to Budapest or Budaörs)
Workload: Full-time
Language: English (Hungarian a plus)
Start: asap
Duration: 6 months (option of extension)
The candidate has to reside in Hungary

Your Profile:
- Strong engineering background with deep technical skills in DevOps / Cloud / Automation

- Proven, hands-on experience with:
- CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar)
- Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Git workflows, code quality and release automation

- Solid understanding of AI concepts, such as:
- LLM capabilities (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot)
- Integrating AI into engineering workflows
- Prompt engineering and task automation

- Ability to translate AI possibilities into practical use cases for development teams
- Strong communication skills for coaching, training and knowledge transfer
- Proactive mindset, high ownership, passion for modern engineering practices
- English proficiency required for international team collaboration

Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical AI coach for engineering and DevOps teams across the organisation
- Design and implement concepts for AI integration into DevOps workflows

- Support teams in understanding:
- How AI intersects with DevOps and modern delivery pipelines
- How to embed AI tooling in CI/CD processes
- How to integrate AI into continuous delivery setups
- Best practices for GitHub Copilot, Git workflows, code review automation and security
- How AI can improve monitoring, automation and operational excellence

- Build and maintain prototypes and reference implementations for:
- AI-assisted pipelines
- Automated quality checks
- Intelligent CI/CD workflows

- Guide teams in cloud-based AI solution delivery (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Ensure that all AI adoption follows security, governance, and compliance principles
- Provide workshops, playbooks, best practice guidelines, and hands-on coaching
- Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks and drive continuous technology improvement
