What you will do

• Research, design, evaluate, and deploy advanced AI/ML models specializing in LLMs, RAG systems, and Agentic AI.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover patterns and drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts to support feature development and validate ML ideas.
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML academic and industry trends and apply best practices.
• Grow skills in classic machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and cybersecurity applications.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Israel or able to work hybrid from Israel
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist with expertise in LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• MSc degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science or related field with thesis on Data Science and GPA above 85.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and probability.
• Demonstrated independent research capabilities and self-driven learning approach.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and NLP libraries like Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and distributed data tools like Spark.
• Knowledge or interest in cybersecurity is a significant plus.
