What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7-10 Data Scientists fostering ownership and excellence.
• Own the team roadmap and prioritize AI initiatives delivery.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance across projects.
• Drive end-to-end execution of data science solutions from research to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure production-grade standards and continuous model improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
• At least 2+ years managerial experience leading a team of 4+ Data Scientists.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in SaaS or product environments.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or XGBoost.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Location: Hybrid model with mandatory presence in Tel Aviv office three days a week.
