What you will do

• Develop and integrate cybersecurity testing and analysis systems within a best-in-class platform
• Build scalable, resilient cloud-based software and microservices using GCP
• Manage software lifecycle through CI/CD ensuring quality and availability
• Identify and resolve performance issues across systems and components
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Platform Engineering teams
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong Golang skills with microservices, REST API, gRPC, and testing
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (preferably GCP)
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
• Remote work limited to Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Peru

• Interest in security and penetration testing
• Interest in GenAI and LLM technologies
