What you will do
- Prepare workforce forecasting data and monitor budget variances.
- Maintain and optimize People Analytics dashboards on headcount, compensation, and personnel costs.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from leadership with accuracy and speed.
- Own data validation and reconciliation across HR systems, partnering with Talent and Finance teams.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on compensation data and support salary reviews and pay equity analyses.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and confidentiality protocols for sensitive employee information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR data analysis, People Analytics, or Compensation reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools/dashboards.
- Meticulous approach to data quality and ability to reconcile complex datasets.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
