What you will do

• Maintain and optimize People Analytics dashboards for headcount, compensation, and personnel costs.
• Own data validation and reconciliation processes across HR systems.
• Conduct deep-dive analytical reviews for salary reviews, pay equity, and benchmarking.
• Prepare workforce forecasting reports and monitor budget variances.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from leadership with high speed and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and sensitive data confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR data analysis, People Analytics, or Compensation reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including data modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience working with BI tools and dashboarding.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex datasets.
