TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Ensuring merchants maximize the value from hirify.global's products and services with an accent on understanding their requirements and aligning them with hirify.global's capabilities. Focus on driving performance improvements through data analysis, making recommendations, and overseeing implementation to unlock "trapped" value from merchants.

Location: Hybrid, Stockholm, Sweden. Comfortable with regular travel within Europe.

What you will do

  • Optimize the merchant experience with hirify.global.
  • Engage with new and existing merchants to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Support the technical onboarding process for new merchants end to end.
  • Identify and drive performance improvements through data analysis.
  • Analyze product performance data and derive clear recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the online payments industry, preferably within E-com, financial services, or at a PSP.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical information.
  • A data-driven approach to identify and drive opportunities.
  • Able to navigate internally between various functions and teams.
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to find solutions.
  • Proactive and diligent approach to work.

Nice to have

  • SQL, JIRA and Confluence experience is preferred.
