Salary: $160,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Own technical delivery and embed deeply with federal customers to design and build mission-critical Voice AI applications.
• Lead discovery, solution design, and prototype full-stack integrations using Python, JavaScript, Rust, or similar technologies.
• Manage complex federal sales and procurement cycles in partnership with Account Executives.
• Deliver observable systems spanning infrastructure through applications and optimize deployment strategies.
• Codify best practices, build reusable tools, and share field feedback to influence product development.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and analyze deployment patterns for improvement.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance or equivalent required
• 5+ years engineering or technical deployment experience, preferably in government or customer-facing roles.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, JavaScript, Rust, or similar languages.
• Proven ability to deliver complex systems in fast-moving, ambiguous, or constrained environments.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior government leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including on-site government facilities

Nice to have

• Experience with speech recognition, NLP, AI/Voice agents, or related AI technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment models (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government), Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, or other government compliance frameworks.
• Experience with LLMs or generative models and API-first products.
• Background in government sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Solution Selling.
• Experience developing automation, self-service tools, and technical documentation.
