Salary: $137,000 - $165,000 USD (varies by geographic zone)

What you will do

• Build production-quality sample applications, components, developer tools, and demos showcasing hirify.global’s APIs and marketplace capabilities.
• Create educational technical content including guides, webinars, and videos in collaboration with hirify.global University.
• Develop agent skills, starter prompts, and tools for agentic building experiences on hirify.global.
• Represent hirify.global's developer platform at conferences, meetups, live streams, and other events.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide developer community insights and enrich product development.
• Identify emerging opportunities and contribute strategically to team direction and community building.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be located in the United States or British Columbia/Ontario, Canada.
• 5+ years building scalable web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles focused on developers.
• Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Svelte, Astro).
• Experience with AI/LLM developer tooling, MCP integrations, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Strong technical content creation and public speaking skills.
• Experience engaging with developer communities with empathy and patience.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS, Jamstack, or visual development platforms.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global’s developer ecosystem (Apps, Designer Extensions, APIs).
• Open-source contribution or maintainership.
• Experience in remote-first, async-heavy environments.
