What you will do

• Interact directly with customers via phone and email to provide support and ensure a positive experience
• Manage assigned support tickets and resolve customer issues timely
• Support customers with inquiries about the platform and processes
• Coordinate with service providers for payment, transport, and document dispatch
• Collaborate with Sales and Digital Car Trading teams for a unified customer approach
• Learn and understand the product deeply to impact the organization’s future

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Padua, Italy
• Fluent in Italian and English with excellent communication skills
• Customer service mindset with previous experience in customer-facing roles
• Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
• Business-oriented approach and ability to explain complex issues simply
