What you will do

• Design and implement scalable pipelines to maintain accurate book metadata aligned with customer perspectives.
• Set scientific roadmaps and adopt state-of-the-art AI and NLP technologies.
• Mentor team members and uphold scientific rigor and quality standards.
• Drive end-to-end solutions from prototyping to production deployment.
• Run and supervise experiments including model training, prompt engineering, and error analysis.
• Communicate experimental results and strategic insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree with experience in CS, CE, ML or related field
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related languages.
• Experience building models for business applications and delivering innovative system solutions.
• Strong communication skills with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, international environments.
• Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results.

Nice to have

• PhD degree.
• Publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Professional software development experience.
• Experience with machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or NLP.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM-as-judge, Knowledge Graphs, prompt optimization, agentic workflows, or LLM interpretability.
