What you will do
- Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
- Act as solution architect from project inception and lead implementation across all stacks.
- Collaborate with backend and web teams to align solutions and advance the tech stack.
- Lead architectural discussions and set coding standards, review code, and mentor engineers.
- Empower the team to deliver mission-critical features on time and with quality.
- Introduce new technologies and debug performance and reliability issues.
Requirements
- Must be onsite in Hamburg or Berlin, Germany.
- 8+ years programming experience with at least 3 years in native or hybrid app development.
- Expert knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Experience with CI/CD, Google Play Store and App Store deployments.
- Experience with unit and golden tests, performance optimization, and monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving, autonomy, leadership, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Web development experience.
- DevOps experience including CI/CD pipelines and AWS.
- gRPC and Firebase experience.
- Open-source contributions.
