What you will do

• Translate client business use cases into technical designs and guide developers.
• Identify and select optimal AI/ML solutions meeting client requirements.
• Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during implementation.
• Write and review architecture and design documents ensuring best practices.
• Develop overall AI/ML solutions including technology and framework selection.
• Conduct POCs and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Must have 9+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, including NLP, machine vision, and AI architecture.
• Proficiency in Python or R, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX), and SQL.
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, foundation models, prompt engineering, and generative AI frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
