TL;DR

Trainee/Junior .Net Developer (iGaming): Contribute to design, development, and integration of payment gateway functionalities within an online gambling platform with an accent on PSP integrations, compliance, and distributed systems. Focus on building secure, reliable backend services, implementing market-specific features, and working in an agile, test-driven environment.

Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Lviv) with hybrid work schedule available after 3 months.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and integrate new business functionalities focusing on Payment Service Provider integrations.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and product owners to clarify requirements and align implementation.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following agile practices.
  • Support QA teams during testing and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance internal NuGet packages and shared components.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of backend development experience with .NET stack.
  • Basic proficiency in C# and .NET 8, with knowledge of memory management.
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and query optimization.
  • Understanding of building and securing high-performance web services using REST and gRPC.
  • Familiarity with SOLID principles and design patterns.
  • Ability to design simple program units and understand versioning concepts.
  • Location requirement: based in Lviv, Ukraine.
