What you will do

• Develop and implement quality strategies in partnership with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks in software delivery alongside leadership.
• Perform exploratory testing and drive improvements in code quality and test automation.
• Define and standardize testing approaches across multiple products and domains.
• Coach and mentor team members to adopt a testing mindset and improve software quality.
• Advocate QA expertise internally and externally, including speaking at conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Experience as a Quality Analyst working closely with development teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and testing models.
• Ability to design quality strategies for large programs and diverse architectures.
• Leadership skills to influence teams and senior leaders.
• Passion for ensuring the right product is built with a focus on user experience.
