What you will do
- Own and manage day-to-day user acquisition execution across paid channels for Monopoly Slots
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns focusing on performance, growth, and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and user-level data to drive optimizations
- Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and CRM teams to improve results in real time
- Initiate and execute tests, experiments, and new optimization ideas
- Identify new platforms, partners, and growth opportunities; manage budget tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Must be based in Kiev, Ukraine
- 2+ years hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, preferably mobile gaming
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets in KPI-driven environments
- Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, tracking tools, and attribution
- Proactive, sharp thinker with strong ownership and sense of urgency
- Passion for gaming, growth, analytics, performance marketing, and AI innovation
