What you will do

• Design and implement repeatable, scalable automation solutions for operational and engineering processes
• Develop automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Python, or C#
• Identify manual tasks and transform them into automated workflows and reusable components
• Build and integrate AI-driven automation using platforms like Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate automation into existing platforms
• Continuously improve automation frameworks, documentation, and best practices

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Poland
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, C#, or similar scripting/programming languages
• Experience automating operational processes in enterprise environments
• Interest or experience with AI-driven automation tools
• Ability to design reusable automation patterns
• Relevant Microsoft or similar certifications in coding or AI
• English: Required (at least B2 level)
