What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to identify and drive improvements to key quality metrics.
• Partner with engineering teams to tackle key reliability and performance initiatives.
• Advocate for quality culture improvements by enhancing testing, observability, and tech debt management.
• Collaborate with PM, Design, and other functions to align product strategy with long-term technical roadmap.
• Elevate engineering quality through design and code review guidance and process improvements.
• Lead adoption of AI-driven development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with large scale distributed systems.
• Strong software engineering background with experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or similar.
• Experience with observability, debugging, and profiling to improve software reliability and performance.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence engineering culture.
• Passion for improving product experience and engineering hygiene.
• Responsible use of generative AI tools and human-in-the-loop practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blockchain technology such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
• Crypto-forward experience including familiarity with onchain activity.
