What you will do

• Build internal tools and automation to improve engineering workflows and reduce operational overhead.
• Research and prototype solutions for engineering challenges like inter-service communication and developer productivity tooling.
• Explore and evaluate technologies related to software delivery quality and engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Document technical findings and contribute to internal engineering documentation.
• Prepare technical proposals and share recommendations with engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Good written and spoken English required.
• Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently.
• Interest in developer tooling, automation, distributed systems, or software quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting or automation.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, or cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools or developer tooling.
