Salary: $188,000–$331,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area range)

What you will do

• Hire, manage, and lead a team of software engineers delivering secure, reliable, and scalable AI products
• Ship AI-powered experiences shaping user interaction with AI
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product leadership to prioritize and deliver features
• Write and review production-level code ensuring quality and performance
• Guide architecture and design efforts ensuring business, security, and compliance requirements
• Build and maintain testing strategies supporting continuous integration and deployment

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Must be located in or near Mountain View, United States, with onsite work required
• Strong leadership and engineering practices knowledge

Nice to have

• 10+ years technical engineering experience or Master’s degree with 8+ years experience
• 4+ years people management experience
