What you will do

• Maintain and review asset lists to ensure accuracy and updates.
• Upload and manage digital assets within internal systems.
• Maintain and enrich asset metadata to support efficient content management.
• Prepare curated image selections tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with different departments to align and coordinate content.
• Support the team with daily operational tasks and ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
• A proactive, hands-on team player with a collaborative and supportive mindset.
