What you will do

• Gather requirements and design software solutions.
• Implement planned solutions and deploy to production.
• Participate in monitoring and problem solving post-deployment.
• Collaborate closely with financial and business operations teams in Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
• Develop and maintain internal systems including Master Data utilization, ServiceNow configuration data, invoice process support, and reporting.
• Work as part of a skilled team of six people with hybrid work arrangements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Espoo, Finland with hybrid work possible.
• At least 7 years of diverse experience in software and database development.
• Good SQL Server skills including stored procedures, views, and modeling.
• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English; fluent Swedish is a plus.
• Ability to work proactively and translate end-user needs into technical solutions.
