What you will do
- Communicate with customers across email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Ensure top-quality customer experience.
- Follow credit policies and regulatory standards with precision.
- Handle administrative tasks, including AML/KYC checks, customer verification, and regulatory documentation.
- Analyze and evaluate credit applications to produce responsible, transparent offers.
- Suggest and implement improvements to processes, tools, and workflows.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service, credit risk assessment, or sales/support roles.
- Native-level Swedish and fluent English.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in regulated environments.
- Ability to assess creditworthiness quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC or a willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- German or Finnish language skills.
