What you will do

• Maintain healthy infrastructure of networks, datacenters, servers, and services.
• Assist with rollouts of business-critical network infrastructure, products, and services.
• Ensure data integrity and security compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Produce and maintain IT procedure documentation.
• Provide on-call production support as part of a rota with appropriate compensation.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Team Leader and global team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2022 and various Linux distributions.
• Strong networking knowledge including IP addressing, firewall management (Juniper, Checkpoint, Cisco).
• Familiarity with load balancers (F5, HAProxy) and hypervisors (VMWare, OpenStack, Proxmox).
• Conceptual understanding of Storage Area Networks and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes.
