Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Austria, with flexibility for 25 remote days per year from a city or country of your choice.

What you will do

• Take part in managing key applications and workspaces used across hirify.global.
• Use knowledge and skills to help deliver small IT projects and contribute to maintaining IT security standards.
• Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding end-user cycles and assist with overall end-user support.
• Assist the Business IT team with management of the latest hardware and help to streamline processes across its lifecycle.

Requirements

• Deep interest in IT and eagerness to learn cutting-edge technology stacks such as Confluence, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Excited to deepen understanding of hardware lifecycle and extend knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Pursuing a degree in an IT-related field or have relevant personal/professional experience related to IT.
• A reliable and disciplined person with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
