Salary: PLN 19,167 monthly (minimum base pay)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud and edge ambient AI systems.
• Build frameworks for concurrent video and audio processing across multiple sensors.
• Implement agentic workflow systems integrating AI models and real-time context.
• Optimize system performance via fine-tuning, token optimization, and architecture improvements.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping platforms for team-wide experimentation.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Experience in professional software development with modern languages such as Java, C++, or C#.
• Strong object-oriented design and debugging skills in large-scale systems.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle including code reviews and testing.
• Must be located in Poland, preferably Gdansk.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML systems, computer vision, or natural language processing.
• Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming architectures.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant system design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with product and research teams.
