What you will do

• Design and code Auth0 Actions using asynchronous Node.js scripts to customize authentication flows.
• Develop and maintain the Universal Login experience with Auth0 Forms for seamless UX.
• Securely integrate Auth0 with core e-commerce backend and third-party APIs.
• Monitor and analyze authentication logs using Auth0 Log Streams and Datadog to diagnose login failures and anomalies.
• Participate in incident response rotation ensuring system resilience of the CIAM platform.
• Maintain and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and apply Infrastructure as Code principles for identity resource management.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of deep Auth0 experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong backend development skills in Node.js with complex API logic.
• Proven experience with observability tools like Datadog or Splunk for forensic troubleshooting.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab.
• Deep understanding of API security standards including OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
• Location: Must be based in India.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with enterprise e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Background in Security Engineering with on-call rotation experience.
