What you will do

• Maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring core product KPIs remain accurate and up to date.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to support regular reporting and ad hoc analysis requests.
• Monitor key metrics and flag anomalies to senior team members.
• Conduct player behaviour analyses under guidance, exploring retention, progression, and monetisation funnels.
• Support in-game event instrumentation by helping document tracking requirements with designers and feature owners.
• Create and maintain documentation on deliverables, metric definitions, and data sources.

Requirements

• Foundational SQL skills - able to extract, filter, and aggregate data from relational databases.
• Familiarity with at least one BI or visualisation tool (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying basic trends, anomalies, and patterns.
• Methodical approach to data validation and quality checking with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to summarise findings in an accessible way.
