What you will do
- Become an expert on the Street.co.uk platform, including sales, lettings management, and lettings accounting.
- Act as the first line of support for customer questions and queries via live chat, email, phone, or video call.
- Escalate complex tasks to the Street Engineering teams when necessary.
- Proactively build your knowledge of hirify.global's products and ensure customers understand the latest updates.
- Respond to system bugs reported by clients and escalate them to the development team.
- Obtain customer feedback and feature requests, communicating them to the development team.
Requirements
- Background in Lettings Accounting and/or Property Management, with a desire to transition into a tech environment.
- Confidence in communicating with the hirify.global team and clients, managing expectations, and asking questions.
- Passion for technology and websites, with an enthusiasm to learn new products and features.
- Self-starter who can take initiative where required.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be able to perform the work specified.
