Что делать

• Work as part of the analytics team, directly interacting with the product team.
• Analyze user behavior, key product metrics, and growth points.
• Formulate and test product hypotheses.
• Design, analyze, and develop A/B testing methodologies, including those with network effects.
• Evaluate the impact of new features on product metrics.
• Search for the causes of churn and propose solutions to reduce it.
• Segment users and identify behavioral patterns.
• Create and maintain product dashboards.

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in B2C product analytics.
• Experience in developing a B2C product through data, experiments, and systematic work with growth metrics.
• Ability to translate results into clear recommendations for the business.
• Confident command of Python for data analysis, SQL, and mathematical statistics.
• Understanding of the principles of ML algorithms.
• Experience in building dashboards and automating data showcases.
• Skills in preparing reports for product and business teams.
• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of using LLM in work.
• English B2+ for interacting with researchers.
