What you will do

• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to shape solutions and define what needs to be done.
• Lead problem discovery, run rapid experiments, build prototypes, and validate design decisions.
• Design AI-native experiences that create trust while accounting for AI limitations.
• Ensure the product ecosystem feels coherent and consistent.
• Balance speed and quality while shipping MVPs and continuously improving with user feedback.
• Share feedback, improve design patterns, and help scale the overall product experience.

Requirements

• Proven startup experience with an ability to adapt and drop rigid processes.
• Experience designing AI-powered or complex systems, demonstrating a systems-thinking approach.
• Show clear communication with a proficiency in explaining trade-offs and reasoning behind design decisions.
• Capability to identify key assumptions in a product idea and validate them quickly.
• Experience defining success metrics and using real product data to guide design iteration.
• Hands-on experience with user research methods, analytics, usability testing, user interviews, or related UX research techniques.
