Product Designer Intern

TL;DR

Product Designer Intern: Learning product design fundamentals, including research, wireframing, and user testing, with an accent on crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Location: This is an onsite role in Lithuania. You must be available for the entire program duration (June 8 - September 4) and attend communal onboarding in Vilnius HQ.

Salary: 1261 EUR/ month (gross)

What you will do

• Learn the fundamentals of product design, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Develop an understanding of how design decisions impact user experience and business outcomes.
• Support the team by contributing to real projects that improve hirify.global’s user experience.
• Help create and refine UI components, interactions, and user flows based on user insights.
• Assist in conducting user research, analysing feedback, and iterating on design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to shape intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Requirements

• You’re eager to learn and passionate about how design shapes digital experiences.
• You have problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You’re curious about user behaviour and enjoy thinking about how design impacts real people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• You’re comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and receiving feedback to improve your work.
• You have some familiarity with Figma or other design tools.
