What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and design tailored implementation plans.
• Lead and manage the entire implementation process ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with development teams to address technical challenges and integrate systems.
• Serve as primary customer contact during implementation, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Capture and log feature suggestions for the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in project management, technical implementation, consulting, or software development.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Customer-focused approach with commitment to exceptional service.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and SaaS is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash processes is a strong advantage.
