What you will do

• Design and implement infrastructure systems to create, transform, and deliver context to AI agents.
• Prototype, test, and ship features in tight cycles with startup-level velocity.
• Collaborate directly with leadership to define the product direction and roadmap.
• Write clean, performant, production-grade code in Go and set quality standards.
• Utilize agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development to push technical boundaries.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of systems from design through production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or infrastructure engineering with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic systems.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows and agentic coding tools.
• Demonstrated high ownership and ability to thrive in autonomous environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Founder experience or history of building products from zero to one.
• Experience with data infrastructure, streaming systems, or real-time platforms (Kafka, Flink, hirify.global).
• Background in ML infrastructure, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Contributions to open-source projects in the AI/ML or data infrastructure space.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern deployment practices.
