What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end observability strategy using Datadog including logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
• Define and manage SLOs, SLAs, and synthetic testing strategies for proactive service validation.
• Architect monitoring and alerting frameworks integrated with incident management platforms like PagerDuty and BMC.
• Develop disaster recovery strategies aligned with RPO and RTO requirements and automate backup and failover workflows.
• Manage certificate lifecycle including automation of rotation and renewal processes.
• Mentor developers on SRE best practices and support microservices architectures with containerization and orchestration.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in SRE or related DevOps roles
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Cosmos DB
• Proficiency in Datadog observability tools
• Development experience in Python and .NET / C#
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in certificate lifecycle management and disaster recovery design
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
