What you will do

• Architect and implement gameplay systems for daily and party games in Unity
• Build responsive, polished UI systems that bring game designs to life
• Collaborate with design, UI, and product teams to translate concepts into technical implementations
• Lead technical implementation and make architectural decisions across multiple projects
• Maintain code quality and establish best practices with the engineering team
• Support full game development lifecycle from prototyping to production and live operations

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of professional game development experience with Unity and C#
• Strong experience with gameplay programming and UI implementation in Unity
• Experience shipping WebGL builds and optimizing for web platforms
• Familiarity with web technologies such as TypeScript, React, and NextJS
• Experience making architectural decisions and leading technical implementation
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment

Nice to have

• Experience building tools or systems for live-operated games
• Familiarity with multiplayer game development and cloud-based game infrastructure
• Experience working with IP and external partners
