What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain advanced ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data workflows
• Design high-performance, scalable data models optimized for operational and analytical use
• Implement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and monitoring mechanisms
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise data solutions
• Lead technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning across distributed systems
• Strengthen data security, access controls, and governance in cloud environments

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with hybrid work in Las Colinas, TX
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4–6 years in data engineering
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and cloud-native engineering practices
• No visa sponsorship available now or in the future
• Strong background in data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks
