Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
- 1+ years of relevant experience and a technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience with SaaS applications and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to work any shift in a 24/7/365 environment, including holidays and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A curious mindset with strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
