Domin8 is looking for a Senior Unreal Programmer to lead the development of the core simulation architecture and ensure long-term scalability of the project. In this role, you will design and maintain the technical foundation of the game, focusing on performance, reliability and scalable multiplayer systems. You will help shape the Unreal engineering direction and build systems capable of evolving toward large scale simulations.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Own the core architecture and optimization of the Unreal project
• Ensure stable performance on standard mid range laptops
• Design and implement multiplayer systems for current squad deployments
• Build scalable technical foundations for future 200v200 simulation scenarios
• Architect AI and networking systems with long term scalability in mind
• Set technical standards and guide the Unreal engineering direction
• Maintain high performance, reliability and stability across the project

📚 Required Skills
• 5 or more years of experience with Unreal Engine with UE5 preferred
• Experience working on or shipping a multiplayer PC title
• Strong C++ programming skills
• Deep understanding of Unreal replication systems
• Experience optimizing multiplayer networking systems
• Experience with AI systems including Behavior Trees and EQS
• Experience optimizing CPU, GPU, memory and bandwidth usage
• Ability to work in EEST UTC plus 2 timezone

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience building large scale multiplayer simulations
• Experience architecting scalable networking solutions
• Strong understanding of performance profiling tools
