We are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine 5 Gameplay Programmer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable gameplay systems, implementing advanced AI behavior, and ensuring clean and modular Blueprint architecture. You will collaborate closely with the team on gameplay features and cinematic integration while maintaining high performance and technical quality.
🚀 Responsibilities
• Implement gameplay systems including interaction, triggers, and state handling
• Develop AI systems using Behavior Trees, AI Perception, and chase logic
• Build clean and modular Blueprint architecture using interfaces and event dispatchers
• Integrate Animation Blueprints with non-root motion locomotion
• Debug and optimize gameplay performance
• Assist with build and packaging troubleshooting when required
• Collaborate closely on gameplay and cinematic integration
📚 Required Skills
• Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Advanced knowledge of Blueprints
• Experience with AI systems including Behavior Trees and AI Perception
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable systems
👍 Nice to Have
• Experience working on performance-critical gameplay systems
• Understanding of cinematic integration pipelines
