Lead Solutions Consultant (Cybersecurity): Implementing and configuring security and compliance solutions for enterprises with an accent on application security, identity and access management, and SIEM products. Focus on assessing customer cybersecurity requirements, customizing solutions, and providing ongoing technical support for products like Fortify, NetIQ, and ArcSight.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role requires working at customer sites or offsite as needed within India.

What you will do

• Implement and configure hirify.global Fortify/NetIQ/ArcSight/Data Security products (On-prem/cloud/SaaS) for customers.
• Assess and scope customer cybersecurity requirements, especially application security needs.
• Contribute to project planning and deliverables.
• Customize solutions during the implementation phase.
• Represent hirify.global's technical, business, and professional values to customers, partners, and peers.
• Provide ongoing technical support to prospects, including coaching, proof of concept support, and live demonstrations.

Requirements

• A technical bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Data Security, IDAM, App Security, or SIEM solutions.
• Experience with implementation of hirify.global CyberSecurity solutions (NetIQ, Fortify, ArcSight, Voltage) is preferred.
• Ability to create and deliver written solution proposals and presentations, including responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Work closely with solutions sales and sales management to establish account plans and strategies.
