TL;DR

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day execution of company-wide Performance Management and OKR processes.
  • Coordinate and administer full performance cycles, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and standards.
  • Develop and maintain structured documentation, guides, templates, and toolkits for Performance & OKR.
  • Support and implement a structured Succession Planning framework, including talent mapping and readiness assessment.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and act as a project manager for Talent Development initiatives.
  • Continuously improve frameworks based on feedback, business needs, and performance data.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning and Development, Performance Management, HRBP, or Organizational Development.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or managing OKR frameworks.
  • Experience running full performance cycles in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Strong project management skills, including roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and tracking.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to work with metrics and dashboards.
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech, product, or fast-growing environments.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing OKR tools.
  • Background in succession planning frameworks or certification in OKR methodology/Performance Management.
  • Familiarity with change management principles or experience working with HiBob.
