What you will do
- Architect, build, and deploy internal AI automations and prompt-driven workflows for insight gathering and research.
- Oversee setup and configuration of AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms, establishing feedback loops for refinement.
- Partner with Go To Market stakeholders to design structured tests for messaging and full-funnel optimization.
- Rapidly develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) that mature into reliable internal tools, dashboards, and integrations.
- Identify and resolve Go-To-Market inefficiencies by deploying AI or automation in collaboration with the IS team.
- Collaborate with the Data team to ingest, model, and analyze large datasets, extracting and distributing actionable insights.
Requirements
- Strong Python experience and proven ability to build scripts, workflows, or prototypes using platforms like AirOps, RelevanceAI, HumanFirst, or Zapier.
- Familiarity integrating with Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Gong.
- Solid understanding of go-to-market strategy, product marketing principles, and customer lifecycle analytics.
- Track record operationalizing AI in lead scoring, insight extraction, or campaign automation.
- Experience in prompt engineering and leveraging large-language models for content, research, and insights.
- English: B2 fluency required as a working language.
