What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related issues within data centers and colocations.
• Manage and coordinate remote IT operations, collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities.
• Travel for on-site installations and technical support as required.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors for project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for service operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data center with network equipment, planning installations and technical problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of network technologies, server and network equipment.
• Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Console work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
• Valid Driving License.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
• ITIL or/and PMI Certification.
