What you will do
- Manage end-to-end Swedish payroll processing and support coordination for EMEA and US operations.
- Ensure accuracy, security, and audit-readiness of payroll and HR processes.
- Partner with the Finance team for seamless reporting and reconciliation.
- Oversee the full employee journey, including global mobility and work permit coordination with external partners.
- Support practicalities of employee onboarding and offboarding for smooth transitions.
- Serve as a key advisor to HRBPs, supporting organizational changes and leadership transitions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience within HR Operations or as an HR Generalist, with a solid grasp of the full employee lifecycle.
- At least 3 years of experience running Swedish payroll independently and confidence in Swedish labor law, taxes, and benefits.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, and comfort navigating various payroll systems and HR tech.
- Experience in HR within international contexts and a strong interest in global payroll and mobility.
- Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Swedish.
Nice to have
- Prior experience managing EMEA payroll and US payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Mobility and Immigration processes.
- Experience from a pre-IPO or public company environment.
