Location: Hybrid in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end Swedish payroll processing and support coordination for EMEA and US operations.
  • Ensure accuracy, security, and audit-readiness of payroll and HR processes.
  • Partner with the Finance team for seamless reporting and reconciliation.
  • Oversee the full employee journey, including global mobility and work permit coordination with external partners.
  • Support practicalities of employee onboarding and offboarding for smooth transitions.
  • Serve as a key advisor to HRBPs, supporting organizational changes and leadership transitions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience within HR Operations or as an HR Generalist, with a solid grasp of the full employee lifecycle.
  • At least 3 years of experience running Swedish payroll independently and confidence in Swedish labor law, taxes, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, and comfort navigating various payroll systems and HR tech.
  • Experience in HR within international contexts and a strong interest in global payroll and mobility.
  • Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience managing EMEA payroll and US payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with Mobility and Immigration processes.
  • Experience from a pre-IPO or public company environment.
