Senior Business Consultant (Investment Performance & Risk Analytics) (Fintech): Participating in SimCorp Dimension implementations, focusing on configuration, integration, and testing in the Performance & Risk Analytics area. Focus on designing solutions to meet client requirements, modeling operational workflows, and providing configuration and end-user training to optimize SimCorp Dimension usage.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement - work from the office two days each week while allowing remote work on other days.

What you will do

• Participate in SimCorp Dimension implementations, including configuration, integration, and testing related to Performance & Risk Analytics.
• Document client requirements, map them to SimCorp Dimension functions, and identify process improvements.
• Design and deliver overall solutions to meet client needs, model operational workflows, customize configurations, and develop new solutions.
• Assist clients in developing test strategies and plans, supporting test execution, and resolving issues.
• Provide configuration and end-user training to enable clients to maintain and optimize SimCorp Dimension.
• Expand knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and client business to ensure optimal configuration and workflow.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of relevant professional experience in the financial/investment management industry.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineering or other related field.
• Experience in quantitative analysis, mathematical/financial modeling, or valuation of financial instruments.
• Good knowledge about performance and risk measurement in the investment management industry.
• Great communication, coordination- and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of different metrics and industry standards for measuring performance and risk (e.g., Value at Risk, Return calculations methods).
• Some business analysis or project experience would be of advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new software.
• CFA or FRM would be a plus.
