Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines) - requires office attendance 2 days per week

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of hirify.global Dimension implementations, including configuration, integration, and testing.
• Document client requirements and map them to software functions and processes to identify efficiencies.
• Design and deliver overall solution sets and model operational workflows.
• Develop test strategies and plans, supporting clients in the execution of test cases and troubleshooting.
• Provide configuration and end-user training to enable clients to optimize software usage.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of professional experience in the financial or investment management industry.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science, or Engineering.
• Practical knowledge of portfolio management, trade execution, and investment compliance.
• Experience in quantitative analysis or financial modeling.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Prior business analysis or project management experience.
• CFA or FRM certifications.
